Hi Friends

This year I have decided, for the first time in my life, to run for fun and hopefully help to raise some money for the wonderful Royal Children's Hospital as a small token of our gratitude. The pain and embarrassment as I amble along, is nothing compared to the suffering my son endures as he continues to deal with the challenges of living with Schwachman Diamond Syndrome. We are also inspired by those kids and their families who are faced with far greater challenges than our own and we are in awe of the clever and compassionate staff who are so amazing in their care. It would be wonderful if anyone is able to donate to the cause or actually join in the Team as we run or walk together, keeping those we love in our hearts (and legs so we can get to that finish line.)
